Many of you know I’m retiring from teaching next year in April. I’ll STILL have the website and still make quilts! My web gal, Amy, just got me set up on Face Book, too. (Although I’ve been making mistakes all over the place with it.)
Anyway, some of you wanted to know about my final local teaching next year at Pigeon Forge Mountain Quilt Fest. Well, here is the skinny…
On Wednesday, March 19th, I’ll be teaching an all day workshop, “Scrappy Mariner’s Compass”.
On Thursday, March 20th, I’ll be teaching “Poke Berry Baskets”. It will be a 6 hour workshop.
On Friday, March 21st, I’ll be teaching a half day workshop on “Charm Quilts”.
Last, but not least, on Saturday, March 22nd, I’ll be teaching “Railroad Crossing”. You will have an option to make a couple samples.
Now, PLEASE read this… I’m not taking reservations, I don’t have ANYTHING to do with registrations, I CAN’T get you into the workshops. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME ABOUT THE REGISTRATION. I do not have supply lists, Mountain Quiltfest will supply them to you.
Registrations are done on a first serve basis when the website for Pigeon Forge Mountain Quiltfest goes live. Their web address is http://www.mypigeonforge.com/events/quiltfest/
The dates for updating on the website are October 1st, when you can view all the teachers and workshops. Then official registration is NOVEMBER 4.
Good luck in signing up!
